There is just so much that I love about this image from photographer Eric Curry, that I don’t know exactly where to begin! The lighting is superb, the composition is dynamic, the painterly image effect is to die for…and if there’s one thing that gets my motor running faster than a naked Scandinavian throwing snowballs in winter it’s vintage aircraft, especially the trustworthy DC-3! As a piece in Curry’s “American Pride and Passion” collection, this is probably one of my favorite images of all time.
